I believe it has to be something to do with the site's DNS since I have used this exact configuration 3 times before and it has worked perfectly but I can't I have searched for this error and read many forums and suggestions and have not been able to find one that is applicable to this particular situation. I have registered the external name in dns and allowed it thru my firewall. Everything was working during testing a day before, but next morning external users couldn't connect to remote computers via the Remote Desktop Web Access website.

Just a guess here, but I would assume you have a Remote Desktop Gateway deployed and you are accessing RDWeb from outside the corporate network. Am I right?
